Important – Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using OZJAC On-line ('the Software'). By proceeding to use the Software you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the following OZJAC On-line Licence Agreement ('the Agreement') and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement, do not proceed past this page and do not use the Software.

OZJAC On-line Licence Agreement

1. Hobsons and Curriculum Corporation grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on line on one or two computer workstations or PCs (if a single use subscriber) or on an unlimited number of workstations or networks at a single site address (if a network user subscriber). Multi campus or multi site institutions require a licence for each campus, whether this be a single, network or multiple user licence.
2. You may view the OZJAC On-line web site using your web browser and save an electronic copy or print out a copy of parts of the information provided on the OZJAC On-line web site for private non-commercial, non-profit purposes only, that is, your own information, research or study, but only if you do not modify the copy from how it appears on the OZJAC On-line web site and include the copyright notice '© Curriculum Corporation 1999' on the copy.
3. You may only use the user name and password on the PCs at the location(s) to which this Agreement applies.
4. You may not disclose to any third party, or provide the means by which any third party may gain access to the verification identification.
5. Subject to clause 2, you may not copy, lend, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute or otherwise transfer the Software for any purpose or permit any third party to do so.
6. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or translate the Software or permit any third party to do so.
7. The Software is provided to you 'as is' without any warranty of any kind. To the extent lawful, Hobsons and Curriculum Corporation make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the Software, including but not limited to, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or application of errors or omissions in the Software. You assume the entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software. In no event will Hobsons or Curriculum Corporation be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Specifically, Hobsons and Curriculum Corporation are not responsible for any costs including, but not limited to, those incurred as a result of lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the Software, loss of data and equipment, the cost of substitute software or data, claims by third parties or for other similar costs.
8. Curriculum Corporation retains all rights to the Software. The Software is owned by Curriculum Corporation and is protected by Australian and applicable international copyright laws. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia and the parties agree to submit to the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.
