• Maths300 Sample Software must run from each individual machine. It cannot run from the server.
• If Maths300 Sample Software is used on a network it must be installed in the network image.
• Maths300 Sample Software is freely available for student and teacher use.
• Maths300 Sample Software is only part of the Maths300 Free Sample Tour. It is used in conjunction with the two free lesson plans and other materials available from the Free Sample Tour page.

• As displayed on the opening Maths300 Sample Software screen, Members have access to over 170 lessons in total and about one third of those are supported by Maths300 Complete software.

  Windows Installation (including Vista)

Click on the Maths300 Sample Software link below:

1. Choose Run - the software downloads.
2. Choose Run - Unknown publisher.
3. The Setup Wizard will run - select appropriate options for each window (usually the default given).
4. Download and install Maths300 Sample Software (1.4Mb, version 8.3.5).

On completion of the Setup Wizard a Maths300Sample folder will be listed in Start/All Programs and a shortcut to Maths300Sample.exe will be on the desktop. Choose either one to run the software.

Notes

• If you want to save the Maths300 Sample Software EXE file to your system, select Save rather than Run in Step 1 above.
• Maths300 Sample Software is designed to run on stand alone machines. If you want to run it on a network you must install it in the network image.
• Uninstalling: Select uninstall Maths300Sample from the Maths300Sample folder in Start/All Programs.

  OSX Mac Installation

Click on the Maths300 Sample Software link below:

1. It should automatically expand and ask you to agree to the licence conditions.
2. The name of the expanded folder is Maths300Sample which will be in your preferred download location.
3. Drag the folder Maths300Sample to a convenient location such as your desktop or Applications folder.
4. Open the folder Maths300Sample and double click on M300_Sample.app to run the software.
5. Download and install Maths300 Sample Software (2.8Mb, version 8.3.5).

Notes

• If the file Maths300Sample_Setup.dmg does not expand automatically then double click on it.
• If you can't find Maths300Sample or Maths300Sample_Setup.dmg after the download then use Spotlight to locate them.
• Maths300 Sample Software is designed to run on stand alone machines. If you want to run it on a network you must install it in the network image.
• Uninstalling M300_Sample.app: Place the folder Maths300Sample in the trash.
