This module focuses on how you can network and communicate with other teachers and interested professionals, both in Australia and internationally. It describes the modes of communication and the issues for students involved in the kinds of collaborative projects investigated in Module 5. The Internet can be a great method of communication because it is quick and also because it can link groups of people easily. It may not always be the best method, however. Sometimes a simple phone call or regular mail can be more effective than an email. You might like to keep these ideas in mind as you go through this module.
