Welcome to English EdNet

Welcome to English EdNet, a national collaborative project for educators interested in English and how to use the Internet in the classroom. English EdNet is part of the Curriculum Communities project that provides online services to support the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in key learning areas.

English EdNet offers educators:

• a self-paced online tutorial that helps you use new technologies creatively and critically;
• a free email-based discussion group that lets you share resources and ideas with peers;
• a noticeboard of events related to the English;
• a directory of evaluated online resources.

Curriculum Communities is an initiative of Curriculum Corporation and has been developed in association with national teacher professional associations. English EdNet has been created in consultation with AATE (The Australian Association for the Teaching of English) and ALEA (Australian Literacy Educators' Association).
